My daughter's heart CQ




I made this heart for my youngest daughter, Megan. I decided to put a chicken scratch heart in the center because the International Hand Stitchers group had a challenge to do chicken scratch. I really enjoyed doing the chicken scratch - easy to do with big payoff - it looks cute!

    The heart is beautiful. What constitutes "chicken scratch"? The stitch that looks like some got skipped in between??? (sort of like widely-spaced hand quilting?)
