3rd of Eight Received
This one is especially special because it was made from the heart by my friend Laurie. She is a huge "Pride and Predjudice" fan and this, of course, is Darcy. (-; I just love his one. It has been a long time since I've read "Pride and Predjudice" -- I think I'll have to read it again.

1st of Eight Received
This is one of the little 3-inch valentines that I received back for my valentine's crazy quilt blocks. Isn't it cute! The heart consists of weaved ribbons - something I definitely plan to try on a crazy quilt one of these days.

Estate Sale Find - Featherweight
Look at my new toy! I'm thrilled to death. I've always wanted one of these - probably the finest machine ever made and ultimately collectible! I found this one at an estate sale last Friday. I had the best intentions to buy nothing, but when I saw this I knew I was making probably the largest purchase I've ever made at an estate sale. I love it. It sews like a dream and it's portable. This one was made in 1952 and came with a mess of attachments.
