Estate Sale Find - Featherweight

Look at my new toy! I'm thrilled to death. I've always wanted one of these - probably the finest machine ever made and ultimately collectible! I found this one at an estate sale last Friday. I had the best intentions to buy nothing, but when I saw this I knew I was making probably the largest purchase I've ever made at an estate sale. I love it. It sews like a dream and it's portable. This one was made in 1952 and came with a mess of attachments.

You will love it. I got mine by accident some time ago and it is set up all the time on a little antique typing table on wheels... "Love my Singer"

Congratulations! Once I found an older Bernina but they wanted $500 for it. I didn't know if that was a reasonable price (it had all the attachments and user manual) but it still was a little high for an impulse buy. So I let it go.

Hi connie

I have a featherweight also and you will love yours. They are perfect for CQ where all you need is a good straight stitch and these sure have it.

Hugs
